Contracts are difficult to draft, even with AI. There are attorneys especially trained to identify loopholes and much of what AI spits out either doesn’t apply, or isn’t comprehensible by the average person. Both can invalidate terms of a contract or even the entirety of the agreement.

Using the contact page, tell us what you need help with and we will give you an estimate cost and timeline.

Accept or Reject Cozy Legal’s Offer
Accept or reject our offer. If accepted, we will request a down payment and clear up any details to ensure we all understand our roles in the agreement.

Approve the Results
After we complete what’s been agreed, you will have the opportunity to review and pay the balance of our contracted amount. If revisions are needed, no worry. Just let us know what you would like changed and we will knock it out. You don’t pay the balance until the project has been performed as agreed.

Questions
How do I pay?
Either you can pay through Upwork or Paypal or Venmo or CashApp or Credit or Debit. Plenty of options.
When do I pay for an hourly job?
If you accept the proposal, you will pay half up front and the other half after the project you hired us for is completed.
When do I pay for a consult?
If you choose to schedule a consultation, we will work out a time to do so and you will be asked to pay half up front before any time before our appointment. The second half will be collected after.
What if I need more help than I thought?
If we complete our portion of the arrangement but you realize you need more help, we can re-negotiate for a second agreement which will include those additional services.
What if I don’t like your work?
Oof. That one hurts, but we understand. If you are not satisfied with the end result, you will be asked to explain why, and if we cannot fix the problem(s) identified, no further payment is needed.
What if I don’t know what I need?
No worry. Simply reach out via the contact page and tell us the bits you do know. We will work together to figure it out from there.
